Jax – Milwaukee, WI Area
Jax, is a mix, 2-4 years old little guy. He came into rescue severely matted and was a very malnourished dog, at last check his weight was merely 3.7 lbs. Foster family is working on putting on some weight by getting small, more frequent meals during the day.
He loves a lap to cozy up on an of course those belly rubs and will give little kisses. Jax is being house trained, he is crated while foster is at work and uses the pads in the crate. He knows some of his basic commands like sit, down and go into your bed. He seems very smart and likes to please.
With a little time and effort he will be a perfect little companion.

Bobo – Glenview, IL Area
Bobo likes to eat his dinner and settle down on a lap in the evening. He has stayed away from the other dogs in the foster home, but he has not displayed aggression towards others. He would be fine going to a home with another dog, or to be an only dog. He will bark sometimes, when dinner is being prepared, but not too much.
learning to be potty trained. He is wearing a belly band currently.
His foster parents are working on potty training, Bobo is OK with wearing a belly band. BoBo loves to sleep in the people bed snuggled up all night.

Blu – Racine, WI Area
She does very well with the other dogs and cats in her foster home and even goes to doggy daycare occasionally. Blu likes to go for walks and does very well on a leash. She needs some work on basic commands and manners but seems to be a quick learner. She is crate trained, will not soil in the crate and is making big improvements on overall potty training.

Rico – Racine, WI Area
At first Rico is shy, but he has done a really good job, at warming up with a bit of love and some snacks. We are still overcoming some sensitivities, but he has been doing better at trusting people every day!
Rico loves to tuck himself into blankets and nap. Once comfortable, he loves playing with toys (especially the squeaky ones). Rico is a bit of a homebody, not crazy about the cold, he appreciates the outside sniffs but then wants to run right back to the warm house.
He does great in a kennel overnight and is usually quiet the entire time. Rico is not much of a talker at home, but he will bark if he can hear someone coming into the house, or if he’s in a crate and needs to go out.
Rico is great with cats, and other dogs.
